Yes, you guessed it, Scuba Diving is my third love. 1st is my Heavenly Father, 2nd my husband of almost 20 years and best friend, 3rd underwater photography. "Then" COOKING!
Doing seasonal work and trying to keep my shape in my 30's makes it quite a challenge. Either no time or too much time and not enough activity. I find the weight watchers annual cook books to be suprisingley very good. I have marked all my favorites in my books and any revisions, if anyones ever interested. I do have a guilty pleasure, it's Dinner By Design! It has been a life saver literally (fast food ugh). I also have kept notes on every dish I've ever made if anyones interested.
I like cats allot, but I LOVE dogs!

Favorite Foods:

MY Lasagna!!! May share some day, when I have time to put it in writing. It takes most of a day to make, but WORTH IT!!! Won 1st place in a local lasagna bake off, by a land slide!

DESSERTS!!! Almost all!
I also have perfected an amazing Key Lime Cheese Cake, trying to copy one I had at the Wreck Restaurant that is on Marathon Key in the Florida Keys.
Favorite restaurants are
KIKU'S SUSHI in Naperville IL.
The Harvest in St. Louis MO.
The Four Corners in Bakersville CA. Their known for their breakfasts. (May be in a town called four corners just outside Bakersfield) Its been awhile since I've been traveling through CA.
And don't forget the Key Lime Cheese Cake at the Wreck in the Keys, Marathon key. They call it key lime pie, but it's really a cheesecake.
