I'm an Amish mechanic who works out of a Chinese toolbox. (I'm a horse veterinarian who practices traditional Chinese medicine ;oD)

I have too many horses and love to ride dressage.
I am a vegetarian who's family knows that the rules are only broken on holidays (but not Buddhist holidays! Then they all have to eat vegetarian LOL!).

My Mom died of cancer this fall. She loved to cook and passed that love on to me. So since I lost her "a-phone-call-away" cooking advise, y'all have been enlisted.
