Not a professional Chef. Retired Widow. Play cards twice weekly, usually Canasta. My "passion" is the arts, mostly music and the theater. Favorite movie: "Affair To Remember". Do not care about everyday cooking. I prefer "show-off" cooking - for company or Holiday Meals. I adore animals, especially cats - I have two. Recent interest is re-learning American History. I intend to try to become an expert about the history we all didn't pay enough attention to in school.

Favorite food: Cheeseburgers! Favorite dish to cook is probably the one people love me to prepare: Potato Salad. I also make a Peanut Butter Fudge only at Christmas...family & friends love it. Favorite restaurant? For a Chain, I like Ruth Chris Steaks. Locally, I love Il Gardino, an Italian restaurant.
