I learned to bake before I learned to cook. My grandmother would never let me help in the kitchen because she was afraid I'd burn myself. As I got older, my sweet tooth led me to the kitchen where I started off with simple box-cake recipes, and I've never stopped enjoying the thrill of a freshly baked dessert!
pie, pizza and Greek tiropita, and spinach pies. I really love peanut butter and jam sandwiches; so simple, yet sooo very delicious. My fave meal would consist of a peanut butter burger from Yo Mama's bar in NOLA's French Quarter, my Thanksgiving stuffing, mom's pancakes, my sis' mashed potatoes, my other sis' pastitsio, and a slab of Juniors' devil's food cheesecake.
