OK - I'm not really a chef, but one at heart, anyway. I live in Cathedral City, CA which is a city that borders Palm Springs.

I was an IBEW Electrician in Los Angeles for many years, did an early retirement from that, and because a Realtor. You can imagine how that's going. Now trying Insurance sales.
