I love making all sorts of yeast breads, and am trying my hand at canning and freezing this year. I'm very interested in foods from all cultures, specifically Indian, Greek, Hungarian, South American and Japanese. I cook a lot, but most weekdays it's simple things to my own taste and based on what I have on hand/ what I can throw together after work. But I'm trying to get into the habit of writing things down so I can repay a little of the wonderful information I've gotten from cooks on this site over the years.
