Hi I live in South Wales in the UK.

I work part time in 2 jobs.

I love to write short stories and poetry, dance, paint, walk etc.

I've yet to find an all time fave cookbook, but I'm still looking.

I love the snow, flowers and walking in the countryside, oh and eating.

My pet peeves are queues, traffic, annoying people, cruelty to animals etc.

If I had a month off from work I would read and talk to my friends, oh and watch telly..lol.

Favorite Foods:

Indian biryani or stir fry type dishes. I love my wok!!

Lasagne.

Brocolli, sprouts

Mango, any exotic fruit

Thai type restaurants sound perfect to me.

I think I love most food, that's why I find it hard to stay slim...lol
