I am a 13 year old boy living in the US with my brother & parents. I have lived here my entire life. I love to cook & I think cooking is a great way to entertain people. I am 1/4 Italian, with Scottish, Irish, German, Austrian, and Cherokee Indian blood. I would love to visit Britain & Italy one
day. Believe it or not, I am one of those kids who likes to watch old tv shows, & I am not big on video games. "Leave It to Beaver," "The Any Griffith Show," & "Hogan's Heroes" (#1 favourite), are some of my favourites.
I am one of those "experimental" cooks.I experiment with things. I enjoy cooking for my family, & Recipezaar has given me loads of delicious recipes. For fun I love a good bike ride or just to lounge on the couch. I love to read emails, too. I am online at least once everyday.
I love to take vacations, whether it be Florida (rare)or our lake house that Mumi (grandmother) owns for the family in Heber Springs, Arkansas. My dad owns some land in the country where there is a trailer & a cabin. Sometimes we go up there to ride fourwheelers & stuff. I am a devoted Christian who goes to sunday school regularly.
I love all holidays, my favourite is Christmas. I LOVE to spend time with my cousins & family during Christmas. My uncle owns a popular Italian steakhouse. It serves wonderful dishes & was voted best privately owned steakhouse.

Favorite Foods:

I LOVE Italian food, like pasta, & I love enchiladas & Mexican rice. Cajun is also one of my favourites. I like some Asian, I do enjoy rice rolls. Pizza is another one of my favourites. My grandparent's cooking (potatoes w/homeade gravy, beef roast, meatloaf, fried chicken, spaghetti) is to die for. My mom & dad cook great lasagne, hamburgers, & other stuff. I will try most foods, but I'm not horribly adventurous. Sushi is about as far as I go! My favourite restaurant is my uncle's. It's a little expensive & is really good. One of the top restaurants. Another one of my favourites is a Mexican place called El Porton. They have many locations in Tennessee & Georgia. There is a restaraunt way out in the country call ed "The Junction Inn," (Grand Junction, Tennessee) that is very friendly & popular. My cookies & pies are popular with my family. My dad (Italian side) helps me cook alot of Italian.
