about me

I am a stay-at-home mother of three small children and one on the way! I enjoy spending time outside with the children and our 70 orange trees. I love making homemade wheat bread and baked treats. I hope to help my children develop a love for cooking and maybe even eating healthy. My favorite cookbook right now is the Deceptively Delicious by Jessica Seinfield and my new favorite magazine is Cook's Country. My favorite restaurant is the Cheesecake Factory. I love the Avocado Eggrolls and the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake. Yummy!

Favorite Foods:

Fresh wheat bread, pancakes with berries and whipped cream, chocolate gelato, whole milk, soup, a yummy salad, and pasta with white sauce. I like homemade food!
