I'm a country lawyer who's discovered the fun of cooking. It's my (very small) creative side coming out. My wife and I love exploring new foods at new restaurants - but with two kids in private school, the budget doesn't allow for as much of that type of exploration as we would like. So, I get creative in the kitchen. I've been having fun finding new recipes to try out on my family.
I'm known for my Pineapple Souffle'. I'd give you the recipe, but then I'd have to kill you.
I love BBQ, anything with lots of herbs, lots of meat dishes and garlic potatoes.
My wife and I love eating at Carrabba's at the grill bar so we can watch the cooks and snarf up free samples. I love pecan pie and cooking with amaretto and bourbon. Sometimes, I even put them in the food.
