about me

I'm a medical transcriber from home. Both my husband and I are Type 2 diabetics. I also homeschool my 12 year old. As a break from transcribing and teaching, I like to try new recipes and share with 12 year old who aspires to be a chef, scientist, cartoonist, fashion designer or rock star depending on the moment.

Favorite Foods:

Chocolate of course. Beef, herbed breads, nearly all veggies.
