I am a stay at home mom of one little girl (born Aug 2006). I live in the country with my husband, kiddo, and dogs. I love doodling around in the kitchen.

Favorite Foods:

Mmm..I love my version of King Ranch Chicken. Pinto beans (not the usual variety!) Those are my two most well known dishes..I use them to bribe friends over for dinner and drinks, or guy friends over to help us work on the house/property!! lol
