about me

I am a wife & mother of two children, and I work full time. I absolutely love to cook and bake. I enjoy entertaining and seeing how happy people are when they are trying something I have made. I really enjoy this website as the people are friendly and the recipes are great. I love to look at cookbooks especially the old ones I have inherited from my grandmother. I always think of her when I am baking. My pet peeve is when someone says they don't like a dish but have never tried it before. I believe you should try it just once!!

Favorite Foods:

I enjoy Italian, Mexican & Greek food but I am willing to try my hand at just about anything. I make an excellent pasta dish called "Fettucine with Pancetta and Fresh vegetables". I love to make appetizers for all occasions and I really like Brie Cheese. I don't have a favorite restaurant because we have so many wonderful restaurants here in Winnipeg.
