I love life and I love Food. I am very interested in healthy cooking. I love whole foods and cook mostly from scratch. I have a grain mill and I use it to mill our own fresh whole wheat. I use mostly all whole wheat but do use half whole wheat and half all purpose flour occasionally. I love making breads, muffins, cupcakes, cakes, flour tortillas and even corn tortillas. I do OAMC once in a while as well.
