about me

I work from home.
I am a full time mum to a little boy.
Being a kiwi I grew up with the good old Edmonds cook book. I still have one (somewhere), I also like to use Alison Holst's & Joe Suger (sp) cook books as well.

I like to all sorts of baking & am always on the look out for some ideas that I can try.
I like cheap & quick baking ideas; as my son likes to 'help' me.

Besides baking, I also enjoy walking, reading (when I get the chance), gardening, swimming, meeting people/friends. I have also started a scrapbook too.

My favorite things to bake with my son are;
Lemonade & Cream Scones, Chocolate Crackles & Muffins.
