I'm a transplanted Canadian who loves to cook and bake for my wife and myself...
I love to try new recipes, especially chicken..that's all my wife wants to eat..
Living in a very small community in the hills of Kentucky makes it a real challenge to find all the ingredients and spices I need so Indian cooking is almost out of the question these days...
