I am from the wonderful land of enchantment AKA New Mexico, I love to cook and eat, I was a cook in the army and no I will not cook army style ever again,oh and I was a cook for the VA hospital and no I wont cook hospital food either.....I have been married for 25 years have 3 beautiful children and 1 grandson. My passion is my faith in Christ. I enjoy life and the people I meet.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods would be my comfort food,homemade tortillas,frijoles and green chilies...green and red tamales No matter how much I cook and enjoy a variety of food I always revert back to the simple cooking of Mexican food
I love Thai food especially red curry
smoked salmon, oysters on the grill,smoked prime rib, and I love vegetables steamed asparagus and artichoke hearts, cabbage, toasted spinach and green beans tossed with black sesame oil.I love cute Bento boxes
