about me

Though I live in NYC, my heart belongs to MN where I grew up.
My favorite cookbook is...actually, it's the dilapated old file folder of recipes my mom has (it's literally falling apart...but so wonderful to riffle through and find childhood favorites).
Hmmm...if I had a month off of work, all responsibilities, I would see what there is to see all over our country from the helm of a Streamline trailor.

Favorite Foods:

Oh this is hard. I love breakfast foods, all kinds. I love chocolate. I love a mean tuna salad sandwich... I'm a sucker for GOOD key lime pie (and I mean with REAL lime).
In our family I'm known for baking--I have an excellent pumpkin choc. chip bread, and an incredible chocolate cake. I love doing coffee cake, fresh fruit pies, etc.
Basically, as you can tell from the list, I love to eat and cook like an old school diner. : )
