I love to cook, to read and to spend time with my family! I have two wonderful children, a girl and a boy who are growing up way too fast.
My husband and I are venturing into the world of being "bikers"! Ha Ha! I love being on the back of my hubby's Harley and we have been trying to make more and more opportunities to ride!

I have to admit that I love to cook comfort food and mexican food the most. I am trying to branch out and try new recipes and this site has really helped us expand our dinner menu.
I love to cook for a crowd and entertain groups of people. The best feeling is when all conversation stops at the table and you realize that the silence is because everyone is busy enjoying their food!

Favorite Foods:

I love Mexican, Chinese and especially comfort food!
I like to have quick recipes for busy evenings and sometimes I like to make recipes that take "extra work"
