50, Married to Marie in Michigan, living in the UK unfortunately. Marie has made lots of new meals for me and i have posted some of them.
I hate processed food with a passion, i make my own bread, i am diabetic so i am always on the lookout for recipes.
I am yet to convert the American nation to curry, give me enough time and i will.

Favorite Foods:

Curry and rice meals, chili, pasta, and my all time favorite is real Cornish pasties with a Cornish cream tea, lots of clotted cream.
I was in India a couple of years ago, i tried a southern Indian meal called Onion Dosa, and an Idly Dosa, Vegetarian with chutney, it was wonderful.
