Started my family late, then retired from my Human Resources Manager position. I am now living in a small mid-Michigan town and work as a domestic engineer (stay-at-home mom). Enjoy cookbooks like some people enjoy novels. It's great to find there are others out there like me. Also enjoy scrabble...but right now it's all about the kids.

Favorite Foods:

My absolute favorite dish is "Sole Veronique" (fish and grapes in a cream sauce) which I learned how to prepare in a French cooking class many years ago.

While working, I organized a company cookbook which has recipes from many U.S. and overseas employees. I hope to make some of them "public" when time permits.
