I have two kids and I am Scheduler and Admin Assistant for a Health Care Company. I love trying new recipes but right now I am on a low sodium diet and finding it really hard to locate some common grocery items with low sodium. Bahh!!!!

Favorite Foods:

Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate.
Now that I am trying to lose 50 lbs, lite chocolate.
And then there's chicken and most raw North American veggies.
