I currently live in Hong Kong, where I work in finance and love to cook on my spare time (evenings, weekends) for myself and for my boyfriend. I love non-fussy recipes that maximize flavor and texture. My favorite way to cook is braising (LOVE Dutch ovens and cooking with cast-iron)
