NJ has been my home since I was 12.
I am a homemaker and Mom.
I love any cookbook. Can never have too many.
If I had a month off with no responsibilities you would find me at the beach!!

My favorite dishes are the quick and easy type.
When planning parties I am always asked to bring either my stuffed cabbage or eggplant rollatini.
My husband and I love to eat at Maria's in Manasquan, NJ. Their pasta fagioli is unbeatable!!
