about me

I'm an RN ... currently nursing sick computers (DBA/Application Specialist - sounds impressive huh? I maintain our OR computer program) ... and wanna-be chef. So ... I cook and create for fun ! At least for now ... who knows what will be in the future ! = ]
I'm happily "attached" ... Currently remodelling our home - ourselves - not contracting. That's fun also tho' frustrating at times. But very rewarding when you finally see your finished project ! I'm also in school working on another degree ... slowly.

Favorite Foods:

Famous for ... Curry Chicken Wontons ! I don't really like curry and these are great ! I've taken them to parties, etc. and every one QUICKLY disappears and I'm always asked for recipe ... and if I cater. Might soon !
Also make a mean and really easy Cranberry Relish which I'll post. Too late for this Thanksgiving Day but still well worth trying !!!!!
I like cooking - not-so-much baking. I like trying food and recipes I've never had before. I want to start eating better and exercising more so I'll be trying to adapt recipes for this.
