I started cooking seriously in November, 2002. After 30 years of marriage I am giving my wife a well deserved vacation from the kitchen. The kids are grown and out of the house so I am looking forward to retirement when I can devote more of my time to my newest hobby.

Favorite Foods:

I like dishes with chicken or ground turkey (we don't eat red meat so I substitute this for beef) and enjoy baking, and especially eating, cakes and muffins.
