about me

I live in the beautiful Sonoran Desert, where I am a biologist. I have a very busy schedule, but I like to eat healthy, and cook as much as I can. I have a retired racing greyhound, Willis, and he is the love of my life. Also 3 cats, Sabu, Fin, and Zia (and they're alot of fun too).

Favorite Foods:

I am usually cooking for one, so I like easy recipes (especially if they freeze well). I'm a one-pot or crockpot kind of cook, and ZAAR has given me lots of fresh new ideas.
