I am an avid hunter and preparer of wild game as well as other soup and meat dishes. I am an Engineer / Project Manager, primarily for Healthcare and School facilities.
I make my own jerky, sausages and smoked meat/fish. Each year I have a wild game feast which is a big end of Christmas Holiday potluck involving about 50 people.
I am also in my 15th year of making fudge at Christmas. I am averaging 126 lbs per year. I make chocolate, vanilla and peanut butter with the vanilla tinted green and the PB as red as I can get it. I package it with a slice of each individually wrapped, stacked together with a bow on top and equalling about 1 lb per pkg. I have friends who don't think it's Christmas until the fudge shows up.
