I have had the good fortune over 30 years to acquire
skills, knowledge and experience in high volume culinary enviroments wide and varied. Settings ranged from rustic and residential specialized childrens camps, resorts, hotels,the military and hospital . I enjoy the challenge satisfaction and enviorment of the professional kitchen with all its
complexities and the comfort of my own kitchen to create and develop teasteful meals for anyone who's hungry

Soups and Stews I consider my strength and specialty but enjoy all aspects of creating recipes and the subsequent food item for individuals or groups. I take personal pride in the smiles resulting in satisfying appetites of all ages and food sensitivities. Indian and southwest or cajun cuisines are my personal favorites to sit down infront of and consume.
