I am a stay at home Mom from Seekonk, MA. I recently relocated here from Southern Illinois. Unfortunately, almost all of my recipes were lost in the move. Thank goodness for this site.

I love to bake! My birthday gift was a Kitchen Aid stand mixer - I was so excited. I am the bake sale Chairwoman at my daughter's school.

I watch the Food Network constantly. Since I cook dinner every night for my family, I am always excited to try new things.

I enjoy reading - I love Erma Bombeck books. Hysterical!

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food is something I cannot make - sushi. I make a mean Shrimp Scampi and I rock Clam Chowder.

Baking is so much fun for me- I have recently perfected a chocolate chip cookie that melts in your mouth. Brownies, pies, cakes, breads - you name it!
