Vegetarian for good karma and conscience, some months vegan. I like my food best ecological, and make it so when possible, which is not at all easy where I live. Being brought up on ready-made canned food, I put pride in making every dish from scratch.
I have a very intuitive cooking style, I pick a few ingredients I have a craving for, then I wok or boil them with a little of this and that, taste it and put in some more spices, the result is different each time. I don't use recipes unless I'm cooking for many people. So what am I doing in a recipe database? Browse at random and get inspiration.

Chick peas - noodles - brown rice - spring onion - GARLIC - tomatoes - fava beans - cream fresh - pesto - sunflower seeds - AVOCADO - pine apple - parmasan cheese - chocolate - lemon - almonds
With these always in the fridge, there is always delicious food.
