This is difficult, since I ADORE most food.

I'm particularly fond of asian cuisine - crazy about sushi, thai stirfries and chinese food. I also have a particular affinity for mediterannean cuisine - esp italian & greek food, as well as middle-eastern food. Yum yum yum.

Favourite ingredients are coriander (fresh), lemon, garlic, mint, basil, cumin, ginger, onions, tomatoes, noodles, olive oil and soy sauce.
