Married, have a 17 year old son, a 15year old daughter, and an old Border Collie. We all love sports (including the dog, who is a retired agility dog) and music and are way busy with our extracurricular activities.

Quick, simple recipes, or make ahead recipes, are my preference. My husband is battling the bulge, so low-fat is always preferable!
