Hm about me. I'm happily married with three kids. One on her way to college, one on his way to high school, and one on her way to middle school. What keeps me sane with three kids, two of which are girls? I love to bake. Although I rarely eat anything I bake... lol I just love to experiment and doing things the way they were meant to be done decades ago. Nothing is worth doing if it isnt done right I figure.

Favorite Foods:

I simply adore pastas of all kind. Breads galore, you know all those carbs you aren't suppose to eat anymore. The flakier the pie crust the better, sorry lard is required. Candies and bake goods are my passion. Although I dont eat most of them, my family surely likes my experimentals. I don't like restraunts, yet if I find myself wanting to go out to eat. I pick the homestyle cooking places, try to stay away from chain food stores..
