about me

I have worked for Coors Brewing Company in Operations for the last 28 years. I also teach at Regis University in their MBA program. I served in the USAF as a Russian Linguist in the late 1970s. My cooking techniques began in the Boy Scouts in the late 1960s and am an accomplished Camp Chef.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite food is barbequed baby back ribs and my wife's potato salad. I am famous for my meatballs, smoked brisket, and smoked hot wings.
