about me

I'm from deep South Texas, almost on the border of Mexico...so although I like Mexican food, I can easily get in anywhere here. My husband & I are hispanic but my husand is not really into mexican food thats when I found this website and have tried a few recipes, so far I have not been disappointed. I have a baby boy, born in August '07 and he's just my pride and joy. I also decided to try this website because as he grows up, I want him to remember what great meals his mother made him.

My passion is my family, which I would not have it God were not present in my life. I am a devout Christian and God has blessed me very much in my life and with my family, so I pray for all of you. I currently work with a financial institution as an Auditor, so I'm a stickler for rules, unless they apply to me, haha, just kidding!! Have a good day everyone, I'll be around.
