about me

Married for 32 years. We have two boys, ages 22 and 13. Life is never dull!! I love to cook and share recipe's. Our oldest son has severe food allergies so I have learned to be very creative turning our family favorites into recipe's that he can enjoy also. I gathered our family's recipe's and did our own family cookbook and am planning to do another one soon.

I guess my only pet peeve would be uninformed people that don't realize that food allergies are life threatening.

Favorite Foods:

Home made ravioli's. Anything Italian. Traditional homemade gravy and meatballs is one of my specialties. Lasagna, Steak Pizziola. Seafood is also big at our home. Love to make traditional Thanksgiving and Holiday meals special for our food allergic son. Don't have a "favorite" restaurant, but we love Kampaii in Mt. Prospect, because we can all dine there and they cook special so our son can eat everything. That warms my heart!
