I am still struggling to cook well but am not giving up (hence my screen alias.) To give you some idea how obvious my lack of skill is, my grown daughter said recently "Mom, I want to call you for some special recipes but I know you don't have any. Please don't feel bad if I call Rene (the mother-in-law) to ask for hers." Well, I would be hurt but I totally understand her comment. At least the kid didn't starve to death or ever contract a food-borne illness. There's something to be said for that! I am very, very appreciative for all of these tested recipes and your comments to make them even better. Bless you every one.
