I love cooking and baking so much that people give me cookbooks all the time. On my birthday this year, I received a 365 page book dedicated solely to pies! The same person gave me a beautiful pink book on how to cook pork with pictures and great French recipes.
i have a couple of Thai and asian cuisine books, but I can't seem to get a handle on the indregients or be confortable enough to use them. I'm just so used to Italian ingredients that I have to learn to use ginger and shitake mushrooms and other spives that are foreign to me when it comes to cooking. in the meantime, I enjoy eating out when it comes to Asian food and love to get some great food at Ginger II or Thai Garden.

Lamb (bbq or baked with rosemary is best!)
Pasta (every kind imaginable!)
Pizza (homemade frommy nonna)
Phud Thai
