In terms of cuisines, I love Greek, Italian, Spanish, Mexican, Latin (Cuban, Puerto Rican, etc), Chinese, and Japanese, and of course, comfort foods of all types.

My cooking consists mostly of Italian food and regular comfort food staples, but I also like to cook Greek and Latin foods, and I am attempting to learn how to cook Asian foods.
