about me

I recently moved to Maryland after having been raised in New Jersey. My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 7 years and we love living here! He is a T.A. and grad student at the University of Delaware and I work full-time as a Pharmacy Technician. I love to cook, but I am new to it. I just started last July ('07) when we moved in together. He is super busy, but tries to help when he can, and he is great in the kitchen! He's helpful and insightful and loves to eat! I'm still a little slow in the kitchen, but I'm catching on. We love the outdoors, nature, and curry! We have no children, but 4 of the cutest fish that you'll ever see! We are busy and our schedules are hectic, but we always make time for great food and even better conversation.

Favorite Foods:

Thai food is a must. Anything with a kick will do. Any Asian food: Korean, Thai, Indian, you name it. I also love Mexican. I know this might be blasphemy to some, but if I never eat pasta again, I'll be o.k. Not a huge meat fan, but I cook chicken often and use ground turkey instead of ground beef whenever I can.
