I love to make ice cream/gelato from whatever I have around the house: Spiced Chocolate, Blood Orange, Goat's milk Fig, Honey Amaretto, Dark Mint Chocolate Chip, Gingersnap Cheesecake Icecream Sandwiches, Goat's milk Pumpkin Pie w/ caramel and pecan topping, Lemon or Lime Cheesecake Icecream with Raspberry Sauce or Wild Blueberry Sauce, Best Banana Ice Cream, etc., etc.

I am famous for my taboulleh salad and dolmade dinner.
