I'm currently a student (again) in the nursing program at USF and am currently residing in Tampa FL. I'm a vegetarian, but love cooking everything. My husband is a meat eater, and isn't picky in the slightest. He's my guinea pig in some senses. My husband loves my chicken parmesan and shrimp scampi, but I don't have recipes on the site for these, yet.

Favorite Foods:

I love pasta, pizza and potatoes. I'm not big on sweets... and i'm a carb addict. I love Italian, Mexican and good ol American cooking. Not big on Asian food. And I hate mushrooms.
