about me

I have a cooking and recipe blog that I maintain...http://www.dineanddish.net. I also write for The Well Fed Network (http://www.wellfed.net) focusing mostly on their Just Baking, Paper Palate and Kids Cuisine section.

I have been married to a wonderful man for almost 8 years and we both love cooking together. Our dream would be to own a vineyard / winery off the coast. I love the state of North Carolina and would love to move there someday. I love Kansas, but don't want to live here my entire life We have three children ages 1,3 and 5.

I'm a big fan of FlyLady (www.flylady.com) and try to keep my home clutter free with her system.

Favorite Foods:

I love to cook and bake. I am always searching for great new cookie recipes and can't go to a family gathering without bringing a batch of cookies with me.

I try at least 3 new recipes every week, so Recipezaar is a big favorite on my list of websites!
