about me

Love to cook, so I am lucky that my family appreciates it! Juggling crazy schedules, with two working parents and teenagers, but I value the importance of family dinners nightly!

Also love to garden, read and use photo's creativly making personal calendars for my family. I teach Sunday School and volunteer with the Skating Association for the blind and handicapped.

Read cookbooks like novels, and living up to my name, Joy, my favorite cookbook is "The Joy of Cooking!" Working on a long term project of making a family cookbook with all my favorite recipes with family pictures, comic strip favorites and quotes.

Favorite Foods:

Famous for my baked beans, makes a turkey roaster full, tangy and yet sweet bbq flavor. Love to smoke foods and use my rotissare.
