I'm a soup making and stir frying genius according to hubby. I adore Italian food and make my own fresh pasta whenever I can. I have learned how to prepare many Japanese dishes, including rolled sushi. I take pride in cooking by scratch, but motherhood has humbled me and I'm no longer above Quick-N-Easy Cuisine. I love herb teas and enjoy planning, preparing and hostessing tea parties with my daughter. :o)
