I live in Raleigh, NC and am married with two teenaged daughters. I work full time for the newspaper in the Human Resources dept. and am always looking for good, quick dinners to make.

I love italian food, steak (or any beef), shrimp - just an assortment of things! I used to bake a lot of cakes, but really don't do it much anymore. Favorite restaurant? The Angus Barn, of course!
