I refer to recipes for inspiration, but when i cook something, i like to wing it. I get an image of what i want something to taste like, and I use that to guide me through it.

I'm just a regular old geek that is into computers and games, sci-fi and horror movies, and the paranormal.

I work as a Planerman at our Local Mill

I make a mean Sweet & Sour Ribs, German Style Potato Salad, Schnitzel, and Chicken Soup.
