about me

I live in the Canadian Arctic and work as a Social Worker. I love to cook and I love to "surf the net" for recipe's. I have to admit it if often difficult to get the "fresh" items that many of the recipes call for - we just have to improvise and make do. I find that when I go "south" that I cook up a storm with friends and family trying all the recipes that I could not try because of unavailability of ingredients.

Favorite Foods:

My family loves the pasta based recipes. I love the sweet side - I love baking. I am not afraid to try anything - I mean how complicated can it get? Ahahhahaha
