I am an project manager who deals in office furniture (Dilbert cubicle anyone?) who enjoys cooking, baking, scrapbooking, hiking, backpacking, and the outdoors. I am married to a wonderful man who is a nurse, and have a daughter who is currently three years old and a son who was born in July of 2007. We have a dog named Jenny who completes our family.

Favorite Foods:

My favorite foods are pizza and chocolate. Actually, there are very few foods I do not like and cannot resist, which is why I am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers. I am constantly on the lookout for tasty low fat/low calorie/high fiber recipes.
